I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not too spacious, they were still cozy. The service was friendly, but the language barrier was a bit challenging. The location was fantastic, close to the city center. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved with more options. Overall, a good value for money.
I felt like I was on top of the world at this hotel! The rooms were like something out of a 5-star hotel – super comfortable beds and a very pleasant staff. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but excellent overall. Parking right in front of the hotel made it very convenient, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

The location was excellent, with a kind and helpful host just northwest of Banja Luka providing great English assistance. Dining was decent at a nearby restaurant, aiding in trip organization. Despite some moisture issues, the facilities were generally up to par.
