Hotel Ideja Banja Luka, Banja Luka

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not too spacious, they were still cozy. The service was friendly, but the language barrier was a bit challenging. The location was fantastic, close to the city center. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved with more options. Overall, a good value for money.

I felt like I was on top of the world at this hotel! The rooms were like something out of a 5-star hotel – super comfortable beds and a very pleasant staff. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but excellent overall. Parking right in front of the hotel made it very convenient, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

The lack of space to place soap or shampoo was inconvenient, and the drain struggled with high water pressure, leading to overflow. However, the rooms were more comfortable and luxurious than expected given the price paid.

The hotel's location is very central, surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are beautiful but on the smaller side, though well-equipped and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although some language barrier issues were encountered. The service was exceptionally friendly and efficient, going out of their way to provide suggestions for exploring Banja Luka and dining options. The location was excellent, with a kind and helpful host just northwest of Banja Luka providing great English assistance. Dining was decent at a nearby restaurant, aiding in trip organization. Despite some moisture issues, the facilities were generally up to par.
